Welcome – I’m Rebecca Noorian, an experienced, qualified psychodynamic counsellor and therapist based in St Albans Hertfordshire.

I have nearly a decade of experience helping adults facing emotional difficulties. This could be struggling with self-esteem, repeating unhelpful relationship patterns, low mood or feeling that you are in a constant state of worry or panic. Having the space to talk things through can make a real difference to how you feel.
My approach is not about quick fixes or surface level solutions. I take the time to understand your life, both past and present and support you in making sense of what is happening and in creating the changes you wish to make. Although I will encourage you to talk and reflect on many parts of your life, you do not have to talk about anything you are not ready to, and we will always work at your pace.
If you feel worn down from holding everything together, please get in touch to see how I can help. I offer a calm and private space where you can feel supported, understood and more hopeful for the future.
