Welcome – I’m Rebecca Noorian, a Psychodynamic Counsellor in St Albans Hertfordshire.

I have nearly a decade of experience helping adults facing emotional difficulties.
In my work I often see people struggling with not feeling good enough or doubting themselves, anxiety especially within relationships or feeling stuck in repeating relationship patterns.
My approach is not about quick fixes or surface level solutions. I take time to understand your life, both past and present, and to make sense of what is happening. Sometimes people can understand their experiences but still feel stuck. Therapy can help you move beyond thinking about things towards deeper emotional understanding and change.
If you feel worn out from holding everything together on your own, please get in touch to see how I can help. I offer a calm and private space where you can feel supported, understood and more able to think clearly about things.
Please have a look at issues I can help with.

Prior to this I worked for the NHS and a number of organisations supporting people affected by bereavement and domestic abuse.
